An alert cop helped save a woman from getting crushed under a moving train at Lucknow railway station. Ministry of Railways shared a video on their official Twitter account, praising the woman constable, Vinita Kumari and also released a caution for all passengers, requesting them not to board a moving train.
Ministry of Railways shared the video with the caption, "At Lucknow station, a woman passenger fell while attempting to board a moving train, she was then rescued safely by the quick action taken by a vigilant constable Vinita Kumari, who was on duty at that time. You are requested not to attempt to climb a moving train, it can be fatal to your life."
In the video, a woman, accompanied by a male friend, can be seen arriving at the platform. The man quickly gets on the moving train. However, when the woman attempts to get onboard, she slips on the ground and then gets dragged along with the train. Vinita Kumari, who was nearby at that time, quickly comes to the woman's rescue and pulls her out before she gets crushed under the train.
The cop is being hailed as a hero after the video of her saving the woman went viral. Here is how social media users praising Vinita Kumari for her efforts.
