TV9 Kannada captured the Bharatiya Janata Party's chief ministerial candidate for Karnataka assembly elections BS Yeddyurappa controversially saying "Those who don’t vote, tie their hands and legs and send them to the polling booth". Yeddyurappa was addressing an election meeting at Hobli village in Tumakuru, Karnataka on May 5.
