Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli has been slammed on twitter for saying that those people who enjoy watching English and Australian batsmen more should leave India

Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli has been slammed on twitter for saying that those people who enjoy watching English and Australian batsmen more should leave India.

In a video on his new app, Indian captain can be seen replying to mean online messages from fans. In one message read by Virat Kohli, a persons stated that he is an "over-rated batsman and I see nothing special in his batting. I enjoy watching English and Australian batsmen more."

In his reply, Kohli says: "Okay, I don't think you should live in India then. You should go and live somewhere else, no? Why are you living in our country and loving other countries? I don't mind you not liking me but I don't think you should live in our country and like other things. Get your priorities right."

The comment has not gone down very well with Twitterati and the Indian captain has been bitterly slammed for his comment. Some of the comments can be read here:
