Two days after she participated in a carnival like grand road show of the Congress workers in Lucknow, AICC general secretary for eastern Uttar Pradesh, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra reacted on the ED probe against her husband Robert Vadra, saying these things will keep going on.

“I am concentrating on my work,” said Priyanka after a meeting with local Congress workers in Lucknow on Tuesday evening, reported news agency ANI.

Sources claimed that the newly appointed general secretary Priyanka held  over a dozen meetings in the party office in Lucknow - popularly known as Nehru Bhawan.

She spent several hours in party office, chalking out a strategy for the next Lok Sabha elections and taking feedback from the Congress workers, claimed an informed source.

“It is nice on seeing the enthusiasm of party workers. They waited for me for long. I thank them. I am learning more about the organization. How does the organization work and how does the organization work in the regions and how the districts and block committees are functioning. I am taking all the details,” said Priyanka after the meeting.

I am getting views on how to fight the election, she told media.

As per sources, after finishing her pre-scheduled meetings with the Congress workers, Priyanka will visit several constituencies in eastern Uttar Pradesh in next week.

Apart from Priyanka, AICC general secretary for western Uttar Pradesh, Jyotiraditya Scindia also held several meetings with the Congress leaders and workers at the Congress office in Lucknow.

Congress has released the list of 80 Lok Sabha constituencies dividing them between eastern and west region.

Priyanka was appointed AICC general secretary on Jan 23 along with Jyotiraditya Scindia by Congress president Rahul Gandhi,
