Brazil's coronavirus death toll tops 172k
Brazil registered 587 new coronavirus fatalities in the last 24 hours, which increased the country's overall death toll to 172,561, the Health Ministry said.
Besides the new deaths on Saturday, the country also reported 51,922 new cases taking the nationwide tally to 6,290,272, Xinhua news agency quoted the Ministry as saying.

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the African continent has reached 2,137,871, while the death toll stood at 51,248, according to health authorities.
The Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) said on Saturday that a total of 1,807,531 people infected with the virus have recovered across the continent so far, Xinhua news agency.
3 women found dead in J&K's Baramulla
Three women, including a mother and her daughter, were found dead under mysterious circumstances on Sunday in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district.
Police said the three women were found dead in the Lari village of Uri tehsil in Baramulla district.
Reports said the tragedy could have been caused by a cooking gas cylinder blast, but the police said the cause of the death was yet to be established adding that a police team has been rushed to the village.

Andhra records 625 more COVID cases; tally 8.67 lakh
Andhra Pradesh has registered 625 new Covid cases, increasing the states tally to 8.67 lakh, even as 1,186 more patients recovered from the virus to outnumber infections on Saturday.
Krishna district accounted for the highest number of cases, 103, followed by West Godavari (93), Visakhapatnam (88), Guntur (68), Chittoor (61), East Godavari (54) and Vizianagaram (29).
Among other places, Prakasam (27), Nellore (24), Kurnool (22), Anantapur (21), Kadapa (19) and Srikakulam (16).
With the new additions, East Godavari continues to shoulder the highest number of cases at 1.22 lakh.
Meanwhile, five more people succumbed to the virus on Saturday, raising the total number of Covid deaths in the state to 6,981.
Global COVID-19 cases surpass 62 million mark: Johns Hopkins
The overall number of global coronavirus cases has surpassed the 62 million mark, while the deaths have surged to more than 1.45 million, according to the Johns Hopkins University.
In its latest update on Sunday, the University's Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) revealed that the current global caseload and death toll stood at 62,147,874 and 1,450,326, respectively.
