The Communist Party of India on Tuesday alleged that the TRS resorted to "huge distribution of money and liquor" to influence voters, and described the K Chandrasekhar Rao-led party's performance in the assembly polls as a "technical victory and not a moral one".
"It's not expected. Huge distribution of money, particularly on the last day (before the election)...purchasing votes..this must have resulted in this victory for TRS," Reddy alleged.
"He (TRS chief Chandrasekhar Rao) played the Telangana sentiment card once again," he said.
"Most important: this election was not free and fair. Distribution of money and liquor... I don't think it's a moral victory for him (Rao), it's only a technical victory for TRS," Reddy said.

AICC general secretary and Rajasthan's former chief minister Ashok Gehlot said on Tuesday that the Congress will be able to form the government in the state with full majority.
He said the Congress gave a tough fight to the BJP in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home state Gujarat in assembly polls there last year.
"The Congress will form the government. This is the mandate of public, which is in favour of the Congress party. We will get the clear majority and will also take along other parties or candidates who quit the BJP for us," Gehlot told reporters here.
"Congress president Rahul Gandhi cornered Modi and BJP president Amit Shah in the Gujarat assembly polls. Since then they are not able to stand again. They technically won the Gujarat assembly elections but it was their defeat," he said.
The former chief minister said the public is suffering under the BJP rule.
The Congress is leading in 100 seats, BJP in 78 seats while independents are leading in 11 seats, BSP in three seats, CPM in two seats and others in five seats, according to poll officials.

Counting of votes to be conducted for the state assembly elections at 8 am today. In Telangana in 2014, TRS had won 90 seat, Congress 13, AIMIM 7, BJP 5, TDP 3, CPI(M) 1.
Assembly Election results: Counting set to begin in five states
After the high-intensity campaigning in several states, the much-awaited poll results are set to start trickling in by 8 am on December 11. The results of these states are expected to draw the battle lines between the Bharatiya Janata Party-led government and the opposition parties, which have formed the ‘Grand Alliance’ ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
Several exit polls gave mixed results, but most of it pointed to the fact that Congress has an edge over other parties. They have predicted that Congress will garner more seats in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and in Telangana, TRS is likely to have an upper hand. The surveys also predicted that Mizoram, the only northeast state now with the Congress, may see a hung assembly with the Mizo National Front (MNF) on an upsurge.
In Madhya Pradesh in 2013, BJP had won 166 seats, Congress had 57 seats and BSP four seats.
In Rajasthan in 2013, BJP had won 160 seats, Congress had 25 seats and BSP, NUZP, NPP had got 2 seats each.
In Chattisgarh in 2013, BJP had won 49 seats and Congress had 39 seats.
In Mizoram in 2013, Congress had won 29 seats and MNF had six seats.
In Telangana in 2014, TRS had won 90 seat, Congress 13, AIMIM 7, BJP 5, TDP 3, CPI(M) 1.
