In a major twist in the Aryan Khan case, Prabhakar Sail, who worked with K.P. Gosavi (the bald man in selfie with Aryan) as his bodyguard, has said that he overheard Gosavi and one Sam D’Souza of talking of Rs. 25 crore ‘bomb’ and settling it for Rs 18 crore as he had to give Rs. 8 crore to NCB official Samir Wankhede.

In a notary attested affidavit, Sail, who was made a witness by NCB in the alleged drug seizure case, states that Gosavi is missing now and that "NCB officials and other persons involved may kill me or abduct me like KP Gosavi".

Sail, openly stated on various TV channels that he feared a threat to his life from none other than the NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede, sparking off a huge uproar.

One of the nine witnesses listed by the NCB, among other things, Sail claimed that he was made to sign 10 blank papers by the agency and now feared for his life.

Gosavi, who is facing several cases, shot to focus earlier this month when Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik made a series of expose involving him (Gosavi) and other BJP-linked persons in the NCB raids.

Sail said that he saw Pooja Dadlani (Shah Rukh Khan's manager) arriving in a Mercedes car at Lower Parel bridge and Gosavi talking to her. Later, he was asked by Gosavi to go to a location to collect Rs 50 lakh cash. Sail claimed he collected two bags full of cash and delivered them to Gosavi.

He revealed that Gosavi was in a huddle with NCB officials at the agency’s office since early morning itself on October 2.

"On 2nd October at about 7:35 [a.m.], Kiran Gosavi called me and said that he is sending me a location on WhatsApp, and told me to come to the location. When I saw the location, it was shown as NCB office. I reached there by taxi and saw white Innova car MH-12-JG-3000 parked opposite NCB office. I asked the driver Vijay Suryavanshi as to where is KP Gosavi. He told me that Gosavi is in NCB office and he is in a meeting with NCB official (sic)," Sail said in the affidavit.

He further added, "I was with the driver at about 10:00 a.m. Kiran Gosavi called the driver and came down with NCB officer. Kiran Gosavi and the said officer left in the said Innova and instructed me to wait there itself. At 12 p.m. KP Gosavi called me and instructed me to come at Green Gate and wait."

"At about 1:23 p.m. Kiran Gosavi sent some photographs on my WhatsApp and told me to keep a watch and identify the people in the photos and to further inform him that if any of the said persons are coming to board the cruise through green gate. Accordingly, I identified one person from the said photos and informed him...On 4:23 he replied to me that said person who i identified is caught and that 13 people are arrested," Prabhakar Sail said.

“As seen in big cases, witnesses often are killed or taken away and I therefore want to state the truth,” Sail said.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut shared a new video of Aryan Khan in custody and raised several questions over the Mumbai cruise drugs case that led to the arrest of superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son and others earlier this month.

Calling it "shocking", Sanjay Raut alleged that a witness was made to sign a blank paper in the Mumbai drugs case. He backed Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Uddhav Thackeray’s claim that the case was an attempt to "defame Maharashtra".
