Whatever the Ambani’s do it has to be as spectacular and grand as their business empire. Recently Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani was engaged to another Indian business tycoon Ajay Piramal’s son Anand Piramal in a breathtaking ceremony in Italy. The three-day celebrations saw performances by Bollywood’s own AR Rahman and American musician John Legend.
Now that the wedding season is going to enfold Indians in general and Bollywood in particular with Deepika-Ranveer and Priyanka-Nick all set to tie the knot. But it would be Isha Ambani’s wedding that is surely going to steal the show.
Going by the books, Beyonce charges about $2 millions for private shows. That means it would cost Ambani’s a whopping ₹15 crores to book the star!
Various wedding ceremonies will reportedly be performed in Udaipur after which the couple will finally tie the knot in Mumbai. And the grapevine has it that the international singing sensation Beyonce (Queen Bey) will perform at the couple’s sangeet ceremony.
According to sources, Isha Ambani is an ardent fan of Beyonce and so, father Mukesh Ambani booked the international star for the sangeet ceremony. But any guesses on how much the Ambanis booked the star for? Going by the books, Beyonce charges about $2 millions for private shows. But then, what is this sum for one of the richest Indians in the world! Not only Beyonce, many other Bollywood celebrities will also be performing at the ceremony. And the wedding of the younger generation of these business magnets is going to be quite a royal affair!
Now will Beyonce be singing and dancing on the tunes of Garba or the popular ‘Mehdi Laga ke Rakhna...’ or will she be performing her ‘Crazy in Love’, is yet to be seen.
