Viral: When cops had to sort out the pencil issue

In a recent incident, a young boy went to the police station to lodge a complaint against his classmate as the classmate used his pencil and books without his permission.

The video of the matter is going viral on the internet for a few days now, where a young student is insisting that that the police register his complaint against his classmate. The boy says that his classmate took his pencil and never gave it back.

The incident took place in Andhra Pradesh at Kurnool district's Peddakadabur police station and the video was shot by the police officials only.

In the video a cop asks the complainant, who is a class 1 student, "So what can we do about it?". To this, the child demands 'register a case against him' which shocks the cop and he asks the child to reconsider and forgive his classmate as it may affect the boy and his family if he goes to jail.

Meanwhile, when the boy was demanding justice, some other kids, who accompanied them, were seen laughing in the background.

Finally the police officials managed to settle down the matter stating that nobody would use each other's stuff against their will and both of them shake hands.

The school children from a nearby school frequently visit the Peddakadabur police station for drinking water and it seems this incident happened during that time.

Interestingly, the Peddakadabur police station won the best police station award in Andhra Pradesh in 2020 for maintaining a cordial relationship with the masses. The official Twitter handle of Andhra Pradesh tweeted the video and said,
