Chahatt Khanna, Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja:  Three gutsy women entrepreneurs

Chahatt Khanna has launched her clothing line and she is working on a host of other ventures. Recently Katrina Kaif had launched her make up line called Kay and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja had done the same earlier with her clothing line called Rheson. These are three women we look up to when it comes to women entrepreneurs who are really slaying up the scene. Chahatt Khanna is a single mother and the way she has handled her professional and personal life is truly commendable and inspirational.

On her entrepreneurial journey, Chahatt says, "It's been a good start with my clothing line. A considerable amount of the revenue goes to non profit activities and bringing social change for women. The journey really started with a drive to bring change. I have gone through tough times and there has been an innate need ever since to do better for the larger group. My kids will eventually learn and pick up things that I do. So they need to know a strong woman who stood for change. And over a period of time things have materialised. I hope the same spirit and drive comes to all women and we see much more equality sooner rather than later."

She is truly motivating. A sense of excitement could be felt in her voice when she spoke about women becoming more independent and of course more such independent women are needed in our society.
