Surging floods in Assam and parts of Bihar have paralysed life and killed many. The death toll in both the states rose to 55 on Tuesday. About 33 people were killed in flash floods in Bihar till Tuesday evening and 25.71 lakh people are affected in 16 districts of the state while in Assam more than 45 lakh have been affected by the raging floods and 17 people have reportedly died. Many people have shared several photos and videos on social media showing the harrowing condition people are dealing with in flood affected districts of the two states;
