Talib Hussain, also an advocate, who has been pursuing the Kathua rape and murder case since January had initially demanded a CBI inquiry. But nobody supported him then. As angry as Deepika Rajawat, he points out that BJP, which wants all the laws of India to be enforced in J&K, opposes the Forest Rights Act.
