Days after the so-called Dharma Sansad was held in Haridwar during which Hindutva leaders spewed venom against Islam and called for the genocide of Muslims, triggering widespread protests, its ‘core committee’ met on Wednesday to plan “counter action” against those “who incited violence against saints” and lodged a complaint with Haridwar police demanding lodging of an FIR.
In the videos, accessed by National Herald, members of the core committee were seen vowing to destroy Islam and those who worship Quran – the holy book revered by Muslims.
“Jihad of Islam wants to wipe out humanity. If we have to save humanity, we will have to finish Jihad off from the earth. And we will have to finish those who follow the Quran,” said saffron clad Swami Prabodhanand who claims to be the chief priest of Bharat Mata Mandir.
Lashing out at the media for raising doubts over the credentials of the participants, Prabodhanand can be further seen saying that the Dharma Sansad welcomes anyone who wants to fight against the Jihad of Islam.
“Announcements were made from mosques to behead those who participated in Dharma Sansad,” claimed Prabodhanand.

Controversial Dasna Mandir head priest Yati Narsinghanand was also present in the meeting of the ‘core committee’. He can be seen sitting beside Prabodhanand in the video.
“We will fight against Islam and the Prophet who founded Islam,” said Waseem Rizvi, who recently converted to Hinduism and assumed the name Jitendra Narayan Singh Tyagi.
Talking to the media present in the room, Rizvi alias Tyagi said, “We will fight against Islam and the mentality of Jihad. We will also fight against the Prophet who brought Islam in this world.”
“Have we killed anyone? Has anyone found any dead body of Muslims here after Dharma Sansad?” asked Tyagi, questioning the outrage that followed the Dharma Sansad.
“Mullahs gheraoed us that day…they planned to kill Swami Narsinghanand…We have prepared a police complaint whose copy will be distributed to you (media). The FIR names Imams of mosques located in and around Haridwar and seeks action against them because they incited people against us. It is against aayats (hymns) of the Quran which preaches killing,” said Tyagi.

Rizvi aka Jitendra Tyagi, former chief of Uttar Pradesh Waqf Board, named Prophet Mohammed and three Caliphs, Abu Bakr, Umar, and Osman, holding them responsible for violence against individuals who do not believe in Islam.
It is worth recalling here that a Dharma Sansad was organized at poll bound Uttarakhand’s Haridwar last week wherein Hindutva leaders gave an open call for the genocide of Muslims. After initial silence, civil society members protested against it, and social media saw an outpouring of outrage against those who delivered the hate speeches.
SC lawyer Prashant Bhushan had later urged the SC to take suo motu cognizance of the hate speeches.
