#Vickat: Rumoured wedding SOPs trend on Twitter

The talk of the town these days is the big fat celebrity wedding of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, and their much rumoured wedding SOPs.

It all started when media houses shared the news that if drones are found to be flying around the wedding venue, they’ll be shot down. Only to be followed by weirder SOPs. No cellphones allowed beyond a certain point. No “wedding attendance disclosure”. No contact with the outside world.

While sources close to the couple have cleared the air, stating that these are just rumours, that hasn’t stopped the internet from going crazy. Log onto Twitter and Instagram, and you’ll find every second post to be about their wedding.

But wedding SOPs are not the only thing the internet made fun of. Content creators did not shy away from calling out people who were left “heartbroken” by the wedding. And Twitterati was fairly upset that they aren't getting married in Barcelona, stealing their chance to crack a "golden joke".

And obviously, one couldn’t not expect Salman bhai jokes at this point.

Clearly, people have invested a lot of time in this wedding. Who knows how the internet will react when their pictures come out?
