Kushal Tandon comes in support of Gauhar Khan after Payal Rohatgi’s ‘Muslim Aunty’ comment

After an ugly spat between Bigg Boss contestant Payal Rohatgi and Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan on Twitter on the controversial Article 370, Gauhar Khan’s ex boyfriend, actor and model Kushal Tandon has come to out in her support.

In an emotional Instagram post outrageous comments on Twitter, he defended her saying that accusing her of love jihad is a blatant lie. “...I am a Hindu and I can say proudly that once I was in love with a girl who was and is a Muslim...Someone is using a piece of article to attack Gauhar, to spread hate and cause her harm...this rubbish needs to be slammed!”

Payal Rohtagi took to Twitter to say that Article 370 that gives an autonomous status to state of Jammu and Kashmir should be scrapped. She said that Kashmiri Muslims should be asked to leave from Jammu and Kashmir if Article 370 cannot be removed.

Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan retaliated and in a series of tweets, Khan mentioned that spreading hatred is easy and India is beautiful because of its diversity.

She also pointed out that Rohatgi shouldn't forget that she stays happily in an apartment which is populated by 90% Muslims.

The feud between them continued for some time and came to end when Rohatgi tweeted and targeted Khan's journey in the Bigg Boss house and her relationship with actor Kushal Tandon and also called the latter “Muslim aunty”.

Gauhar Khan then blocked Rohatgi on Twitter.
