OTT has become the buzz world today. The rapid increase in the number of OTT platforms has taken the world of entertainment by storm. Here is some of the things worth watching on the platform that is providing content in multiple Indian languages
1. Kaafir
One of ZEE5’s latest offering Kaafir tells the poignant tale of a Pakistani woman, Kainaaz, imprisoned in India after she accidentally ends up in Kashmir. Originally hailing from a border village in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, the woman is found unconscious by the Indian authorities on the banks of River Poonch in a pregnant state. The series is helmed by Sonam Nair and stars Dia Mirza and Mohit Raina in the lead roles. We have seen number of movies/series on the Kashmir crisis but Kaafir proves to be both unique and refreshing in terms of its treatment.

2. Skyfire
Helmed by Soumik Sen, Skyfire deals with the all-important issue of climate change. Today, the world’s leading environmentalists are raising serious concerns about the current state of affairs. Skyfire, which stars Pratiek Babbar, Jisshu Sengupta, Jatin Goswami, and Sonal Chauhan, revolves around a natural calamity that affects thousands of lives due to extreme weather changes. The web series is an adaptation of a novel of the same name written by Aroon Raman. What makes the first season of Skyfire engaging are its thrill elements that keep us on the edge of the seat.

3. Sholay Girl
The Sholay Girl a biographical film based on the life India’s first stuntwoman Reshma Pathan who started her career as a stuntwoman at a young age of 14 in the year 1968 and went on to body double for the biggest names in the industry including Hema Malini, Dimple Kapadia and Sridevi. Bidita Bag of Babumoshai Bandookbaaz fame essays the titular role in the film. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, The Sholay Girl is based on a screenplay by Faizal Akhtar and Shrabani Deodhar. The film is a reminder of how Reshma made her name in a male dominated industry. She not only brought dignity to her profession but also gave other women the courage to stand for what is right.
4. Rangbaaz
Based on true events, Rangbaaz follows the rise of Shiv Prakash Shukla as he becomes the most feared gangster of Uttar Pradesh in the 1990s. The series brings us face to face with the 1990s Gorakhpur underworld powered by an unholy nexus amongst the gangsters, police, and politicians with each vying for power and supremacy. The part of Shukla is portrayed by Saqib Saleem with remarkable conviction. It also stars Tigmanshu Dhulia, Aahana Kumra, , Ranvir Shorey, and Ravi Kishan. Rangbaaz is both refreshing and unique in terms of treatment and if you like the crime genre then you should definitely check it out.

5. The Final Call
The Final Call revolves around the passengers of a flight from Mumbai to Sydney piloted by a former Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter pilot named Karan Sachdev with a history of Post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD). The series marks the web debut for Arjun Rampal. It also stars Neeraj Kabi, Sakshi Tanwar, and Javed Jaffrey. The Final Call is based on Priya Kumar’s novel titled “I Will Go With You: The Flight of a Lifetime”. The series’ fast-paced narrative keeps one on the edge of the seat throughout. Needless to say, the acting performances are brilliant all around.
